Night Shift | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Executives to partner closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role goes beyond calendar management. You will drive executive efficiency, protect leadership bandwidth, and ensure seamless execution of priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
• Coordinate U.S. and international travel logistics
• Prepare executive summaries, board-ready presentations, and briefing materials
• Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-through
• Serve as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Document meetings, maintain action trackers, and monitor accountability
• Optimize workflows using project management platforms

Qualifications

• 35 years supporting U.S.-based executives or senior leaders
• Strong experience in heavy calendaring and travel coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, Zoom
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and executive presence
• High discretion, strong judgment, and attention to detail
• Available for Night Shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST)
• Willing to work onsite 2 days per week
