We are looking for a force multiplier.
This role is for a high-performance Executive Assistant who operates at the level of a strategic operator someone who thinks like a Chief of Staff, communicates like a top-tier consultant, and executes with the urgency of a startup founder.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment where speed, discretion, and precision matter. You will sit in high-level meetings, interact with investors and C-level executives, and serve as an extension of the CEO in both communication and decision flow.
If you are easily intimidated, reactive instead of proactive, or require heavy direction this is not the role for you.
Location & Work Structure (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be based in Metro Manila
- Willing to work remotely during the initial phase of operations
- Fully committed to transitioning to hybrid or on-site work once Philippine operations are formally established (expected in the near future)
- Flexible with time zones, including overlap with U.S business hours
This role is designed to evolve with the company's physical presence in the Philippines. We are specifically looking for someone who is aligned with that transition and sees long-term value in being physically embedded in the organization once local operations are launched.
What You'll Actually Do
- Act as the CEO's strategic right hand not just a scheduler
- Manage and ruthlessly prioritize an ever-changing calendar
- Draft high-stakes emails, investor updates, board communications, and executive briefs with near-flawless American English
- Sit in executive meetings and capture key decisions and action items
- Push back respectfully when something doesn't make business sense
- Navigate difficult conversations with composure and executive presence
- Interface confidently with founders, VCs, board members, and C-level stakeholders
- Protect the CEO's time, focus, and energy at all costs
- Anticipate problems before they exist and solve them independently
- Bring structure to chaos

- Is currently based in Metro Manila and committed to a future on-site presence
- Has near-perfect American English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can draft communications that require little to no editing

- Understands business strategy not just logistics
- Can handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
