About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Virtual Assistant to provide essential support in managing email communication and social media activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling various email related tasks, proficient in social media management, and comfortable using ChatGPT for content creation. This is a remote position that requires excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Email Management:
- Efficiently manage all email accounts and ensure timely responses to emails
- Organize and prioritize incoming emails, flagging urgent messages for immediate attention
- Draft and send emails on behalf of the client when required
- Maintain an organized filing system for emails and important attachments
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content using ChatGPT, adhering to the client's brand guidelines (training provided).
- Schedule daily posts across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner (training provided).
- Stay updated on current trends and strategies to improve social media engagement.
Engagement Groups Participation:
- Actively participate in engagement groups to enhance social media reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the client to develop strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of engagement groups
Content Creation and Scheduling:
- Work with the client to generate content ideas and ensure a consistent posting schedule
- Schedule and publish pre-approved content, ensuring it aligns with the overall social media strategy
General Assistance:
- Provide general support and assistance to the client for various tasks as needed
- Conduct research on topics provided by the client, such as flights, accommodation, or other general inquiries
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to alleviate the client's workload
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with expertise in email management and social media
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies
- Proficient in using ChatGPT or similar AI-powered tools for content generation (training will be provided if necessary)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
- Would be willing to work around UK hours
- Would be willing to work ASAP
