Job Description
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and organize confidential documents and files.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications on behalf of senior management.
- Assist in event planning and execution for corporate events and meetings.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Full onsite work setup in Taytay Rizal
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
