Role:Executive Assistant - Team Leader / Supervisor
Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 10 to 15 EAs

We at Coforge are hiring Executive Assistant - Team Leader / Supervisor with the following skillset:
A. People Leadership
- Lead and coordinate performance management, coaching, and day-to-day issues of the EA/SLS team.
- Work with other EATLs, Partners/Directors, and People Leaders.
- Drive team collaboration, upskilling, engagement, and recognition.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
B. Business Processes & Operations
- Review, monitor, and improve business processes and systems.
- Provide resource and workflow management support, including leave cover.
- Assist operations team in meeting reporting and business needs.
- Manage support ratios and approvals.
C. Executive Assistant Duties
- Includes typical EA responsibilities such as:
- Correspondence, meeting, and diary management using MS Office.
- Managing calendar clashes and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Travel arrangements (domestic & international).
- Event coordination.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes when required.
D. Operational Management & Reporting
- Ensure timely completion of timesheets and expense claims.
- Perform SAP reporting and assist with WIP/CRM reporting.
- Support resourcing communication and gap identification.
- Help team members during absences.
E. People & Culture Responsibilities
- Meet deadlines for performance cycles (goal setting, check-ins, open reviews).
- Seek feedback for development of team members.
- Support People Leader with administrative tasks.
- Promote networking and best practices within the EA community.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and comply with independence requirements.
F. Knowledge & Capability Development
- Share knowledge and uplift team capability.
- Complete mandatory and developmental training.
- Use strategic thinking to support Partners.
G. Client Support
- Assist with business development materials (editing, formatting, RFP support).
- Help with client management setups and CRM updates.
H. General Admin & Team Support
- Provide operational support when People Leader/Operations Manager is unavailable.
- Support technology adoption and act as a change agent.
- Manage Partner time, priorities, and tasks.
