About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Team Leader to lead and manage the Executive Assistant (EA) team while providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across teams, improving administrative processes, and supporting leadership with day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Executive Assistant team, ensuring effective administrative support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication for Partners, Directors, and leadership teams.
- Monitor and improve administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage timesheets, expense reports, and financial administrative tasks including SAP reporting.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and internal documentation.
- Support team resourcing coordination and highlight potential resource gaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Provide operational and administrative support to leadership and assist in day-to-day team management.
