Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes/minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
Organize and maintain office filing systems (electronic and physical).
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
Familiarity with the construction industry, including construction terminology,
Proficiency in office software: Such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
