Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes/minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, including construction terminology,
  • Proficiency in office software: Such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
