In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting executives by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. Your contributions will help streamline operations and enhance productivity across the organization. Accountabilities

  • Manage and organize emails, creating prioritized task lists for the executive
  • Draft, manage, and track important documents and communications
  • Support administrative tasks across three professional roles, including travel booking and meeting scheduling
  • Attend meetings and calls, review recordings, and prepare accurate notes and follow-ups
  • Track progress and updates in Linear, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate across teams using Notion and Slack, ensuring smooth communication and workflow

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional documents and correspondence
  • Expertise in project management platforms (Linear required)
  • Proven experience in email management and prioritization
  • Skilled in Google Calendar management and scheduling across multiple roles
  • Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking with a neutral accent)
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and provide context for meetings and follow-ups
  • Awareness of academic-level vocabulary and comprehension capabilities to align with the team's background
  • Experience attending meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
