Job Description

About the Role

You'll be providing administrative and operational support to the Plan, Deliver, and Supply Chain teams, as well as to the Supply Chain Operations Director. This role is responsible for event coordination, travel arrangements, onboarding assistance, facilities coordination, documentation management, and general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onsite/offsite events, travel bookings, and logistics.
  • Responsible for processing and ensure timely submission of concur liquidations & reimbursements of Supply Chain employees.
  • Assist the onboarding of new employees, interns & contractors. Provide orientation for the use of Concur regarding liquidations and reimbursements, application of mobile plan and credit card.
  • Provide assistance on requesting access badge and ID application from EFM.
  • Schedule meetings, manage room reservations, and coordinate IT/EFM support.
  • Manage quarterly SC Ops Team celebrations and provide admin support to regional teams.
  • Maintain documents in SharePoint, MS Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Oversee SC facilities and office supplies.
  • Manage the Director's calendar and assist with meeting agendas and org charts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Work Location: Paraaque/Taguig City, Hybrid Set-up
