Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant

Hours: US Timezone | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Remote)

USD Salary: $7 - $10 per hour | $1,120 - $1,600 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team across Marketing and Sales. This role is critical in helping executives stay focused by managing schedules, communications, and administrative and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, anticipates needs, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for marketing and sales executives.
  • Organize inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft responses when appropriate.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items across marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing and sales-related projects, reporting, and documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and internal updates for executives.
  • Support CRM updates, data organization, and basic reporting as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of priorities.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and systems with strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment.
