What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a proactive, sales-driven professional who takes ownership and thrives in a results-focused environment. This role combines appointment setting, telemarketing, CRM management, and social media support, making it ideal for someone confident on the phone, organized in execution, and strong in follow-through. You will be expected to take a highly accountable approach, not waiting to be directed but actively identifying opportunities, driving activity, and consistently moving conversations forward. A strong understanding of CRM systems and daily pipeline management is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Appointment Setting

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
  • Qualify leads based on agreed criteria
  • Book appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently to nurture prospects toward booking

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Manage daily tasks and activities within the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records
  • Track pipeline stages and ensure opportunities are progressing
  • Create and manage follow-up reminders and workflows
  • Generate basic activity and performance reports as required

Telemarketing

  • Execute targeted call campaigns
  • Deliver structured call scripts with confidence and clarity
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Track call metrics and performance outcomes

Social Media Support

  • Upload and schedule approved content across platforms
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to direct messages in a timely manner
  • Engage with comments and basic enquiries
  • Escalate high-value opportunities to the sales team
  • Support lead generation via social engagement

Successful candidates must have:

  • Consistent achievement of appointment booking targets
  • Clean, accurate, and well-managed CRM pipeline
  • Daily CRM tasks completed without supervision
  • High responsiveness across social channels
  • Increased lead engagement and qualified opportunities
  • Positive contribution to overall sales growth

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule:6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup:Work On-Site
  • Office Location:Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
