Professional Background

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree related to Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any relevant field.
  • Experience in Treasury and Finance Functions is a PLUS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous in recording transactions.
  • Must be Flexible.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintaining good relationship with the Bank for coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and act proactively. Provide insight and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, and other documents.
  • Multi-task treasury, finance and EA functions.
