JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing office management and high-level administrative support to an executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar and schedule
- Represent the executive in meetings and events as needed
- Handle confidential documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and incoming/outgoing documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including logistics, materials, and minutes
- Arrange travel plans, hotel and car bookings, and prepare itineraries
- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, reports, and records
- Supervise or manage tasks in the executive's absence
- Provide support in planning company events, team activities, and seminars
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Collaborate with the executive to follow through on tasks and priorities
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Screen candidates and assist in onboarding for support roles
- Ensure timely and quality completion of tasks and requests
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of any four-year course
With or without work experience
Must be proficient in computer operations and MS Office applications
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Must have excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills
Must have good decision-making skills
Must be highly resourceful, analytical and creative
Must have good oral and written English communication skills
Must be detailed-oriented
