Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $693 to $866 per month

As the Executive Assistant, you'll work directly with the founder to keep projects, communication, and operations on track. This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys keeping all the moving parts aligned.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain the founder's calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and following up on meetings and tasks.
- Update and manage Monday.com to track over 25 active video projects and deliverable timelines and provide daily reports.
- Handle client communications, including professional follow-ups and project updates.
- Draft scripts, proposals, and outlines from voice notes and meeting summaries.
- Prepare detailed shoot documentation for the production team, including lighting, sound, and camera crew.
- Enter data and assist in generating estimates and invoices using QuickBooks.
- Provide daily operational support by uploading files, sending deliverables, and organizing project assets.
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support operations and lighten the founder's load.
Who You'll Work With:
You'll work directly with the company's founder in a highly collaborative and communicative setup. This is a tight-knit creative team where your reliability and attention to detail will directly impact project delivery and client satisfaction. You'll interact primarily via WhatsApp and play a vital role in keeping all internal operations humming smoothly.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple priorities accurately, delivers consistent daily updates, and pays close attention to details in both data and communication.
- Tech-Comfortable: Comfortable using tools like Monday.com, Google Calendar, Zoom, and QuickBooks (training provided).
- Clear Communicator: Communicates clearly in spoken and written English and asks questions when something isn't clear.
- Culturally Aware: Experienced working with Western professionals or companies, such as supporting an American as a VA or Assistant.
- Calm Under Pressure: Handles challenges professionally and stays level-headed in fast-moving situations.
General work experience is required.
