Summary
Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership in a medical organization. Ensures smooth daily operations through strong coordination, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support patient scheduling, documentation, and HIPAA-compliant records
- Assist with clinician onboarding, credentialing, and compliance paperwork
- Coordinate with physicians, staff, patients, vendors, and external partners
- Track projects, deadlines, invoices, and basic operational reports
- Provide first-level support for EMR/EHR and office systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 23 years executive/admin support (healthcare a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with EMR/EHR and scheduling tools
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
