Role Description

As a ed-tech currently scaling 40% Year-over-Year, we require a sophisticated Executive Assistant (EA) to serve as a strategic partner to our Founder & CEO as we transition into a phase of advanced operational maturity.

This is a high-impact position that sits at the intersection of operations, academics, and executive leadership. You will be expected to protect the CEO's bandwidth, streamline decision-making, and ensure teaching operations run smoothly, thereby helping drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-scaling environment.

Core Responsilibilities

  1. Executive Support & Governance
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling across business and teaching commitments to maximise value of CEO's time.
  • Executive Communication: Handle correspondence, prepare agendas, briefing notes, and board-ready documents.
  • Follow-ups & Accountability: Track key action items across departments and ensure timely execution of decisions.

2. Academic & Teaching Operations

  • Program Coordination: Manage teaching schedules, cohort planning, and curriculum updates.
  • Cross-Team Liaison: Act as the link between Faculty and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of information

3. Systems & Special Projects

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, build SOPs, and support implementation of tools such as Notion, Asana, and Airtable.
  • Project Support: Assist with program launches, expansion initiatives, and investor-related projects.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • 48 years of experience in Executive Support/ Operations Management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and multitasking abilities,
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Mastery in project management software(s) and data-driven reporting (dashboards).
  • Candidates with prior experience supporting CEOs or working within the EdTech/Education sector will be preferred.
