Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities to maximize time and productivity.
  • Screen and manage calls and emails, responding on behalf of the executive when needed.
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Handle logistics such as room bookings, catering, and tech setup for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
