What You'll Do
- Manage and organize daily emails, set up client files, order contracts, and ensure accurate document filing within the appropriate folders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and wider legal team, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between stakeholders, supporting efficient legal operations.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by Director.
- Preparing reports, and other documents and ensuring information is reviewed ahead of time.
Key Criteria
- Must possess working experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Has understanding for legal business workflow.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with once a week going on-site (every Monday).
