We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support two executives. This role is essential for streamlining both professional and occasional personal tasks, helping each executive focus on their highest priorities without being bogged down by administrative details.

This remote role is perfect for someone with great communication skills, a talent for managing calendars and emails, a creative touch for social media, and the flexibility to adapt to different tasks with ease.

The Executive Assistant will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Maximize the executives productivity by managing their priorities and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Conduct research and develop strategies to support the executive's personal and professional growth.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions, adding value with creative initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships within the executive's network and team.
  • Lead communication efforts, including presentations, graphic design, and social media management.
  • Handle various ad hoc tasks as needed to support the executive and the business

Qualifications:

  • Great English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, often in sync with the Executive's time zone.
  • Creativity with graphicsexperience using Canva or Photoshop for social media is a plus!
  • Comfort with digital tools like Canva, ClickUp, Trello, Google Suite, Slack, CRMs, and other productivity apps.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, initiative and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • A quiet and reliable workspace at home.
  • A portfolio showcasing your graphic designs and social media works.
