Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Managing Director including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Provide administrative support to expats such as GA, Finance, and other related tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executives to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Support company activities, events, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office
Management, or a related field.
At least 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
Secretary, or similar administrative role, preferably to a C- Suite level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
