Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with direct support to C-suite executives.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand corporate or professional environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, vendor management, and general organization of administrative processes.
- Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, events, and off-site functions.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure easy retrieval of important records and data.
- Support cross-functional projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Monitor progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
