Introduction
The ILO Practitioner (Instructor-Led-Online) provides end-to-end support for virtual trainings offered to both external and internal IBM clients. The team handles back-end scheduling, enrollment, and training logistics. In addition, we facilitate virtual events using the Microsoft Teams and other related tools.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Set-up Microsoft Teams and IBM Video Streaming tools
- Coordinate event logistics and agenda with the requesters prior to the event
- Run preparation calls with the event contact and presenters prior to the live event
- During the live event, provide in-session support, including sound checks to ensure clear audio quality and basic troubleshooting to ensure that the event runs smoothly
- Publish necessary media files and event artifacts
- Inform event POC of any problems encountered
- Manage the team's functional inbox to answer client queries and requests
- Work with Teams/other tools and Technical Support to help resolve higher level of technical difficulties
- Generate reports for the team and the clients
- Perform back office responsibilities, mostly involving management of learning activities and logistics in Event Planning and Delivery (EPD), IBM Events & Classes, YourLearning, and Lighthouse, among other tools
- Manage/Update data or trackers for reports

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Willing to work under the following conditions:
- Shift: Flexible; the team operates on a 24/5 schedule, and shifts may be rotated periodically.
- Schedule: Option to follow a compressed workweek setup (10 hours per day, 4 days a week).
- Work Location: 5th Floor, 1800 Building, Eastwood City, Quezon City, or Naga City.
- Onsite Requirement: Three (3) days per week.
