Overview:
The Executive Assistant manages a broad range of administrative and executive support tasks for one or more executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, coordinating complex meetings with internal and external parties.
- Answering and directing calls efficiently.
- Handling electronic communications on the executive's behalf.
- Assisting with presentations or financial data reports.
- Reviewing and summarizing documents.
- Attending meetings to document and distribute minutes.
- Managing multiple projects and following through on issues.
- Arranging executive travel, including visas and reservations.
- Processing corporate credit card payments, advances, and liquidations.
Required Skills + Qualities (Technical):
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of executive support experience.
- Strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills and Internet research ability.
- Experience scheduling management travel.
- Expertise in complex executive calendar management.

- Ability to interact with all staff levels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; must be flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, professional, and confidential.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Expert written and verbal communication, strong decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Amenability to work onsite in Pavia, Iloilo.
