Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in assisting Australian customers with a variety of Retail, Cards, and Digital Banking solutions. You will troubleshoot customer enquiries and provide relevant information on other products and services as needed. This position is responsible for servicing customer requests and enquiries in a timely and effective manner, typically handling high volumes of routine transactions. The primary capability required is strong customer service skills rather than extensive knowledge of a specific process or policy.

  • Ensure first contact resolution for customers reaching out through the in-app messaging channel by effectively utilizing available tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and accurately by understanding their needs, identifying the root cause, and providing appropriate and permanent solutions.
  • Escalate cases to the appropriate specialist or expert team when necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience through in-app messaging.
  • Work in a professional environment while meeting customer-centric, financial, and risk-related metrics and targets.
  • Build your banking knowledge and skills through ongoing formal training and mentorship from leadership.
