Bai Academy is seeking an Events Coordination Support Intern to assist in the planning and execution of various events across our platforms. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, specifically in Australia (Au). You will utilize your excellent communication skills to prepare materials and act as a key liaison for suppliers and exhibitors.
Duties & Responsibilities
Event Support: Provide comprehensive support for various event coordination tasks.
Collateral Creation: Prepare event-related materials, templates, and documentation using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise and coordinate communications with the Au team, external suppliers, and exhibitors.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to event logistics.
Qualifications / Requirements
Current Student: Preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Mgt, or Journalism.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are mandatory for this role.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint.
