Job Description
The Events & Experiences Manager serves as a strategic and operational lead responsible for the end-to-end execution of brand activations and experiential marketing for the Globe portfolio. This role drives experience strategy through deep insighting, trend-spotting, and rigorous risk assessment, ensuring campaigns come to life through high-quality program and show management.
This role oversees event-specific metrics to ensure all leads and engagement data are validated and funneled into the proper systems for remarketing. By orchestrating complex cross-functional stakeholders and managing key venue and ad-hoc partnerships, this subject matter expert ensures every project from planning to post-event analysis aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable ROI.
Duties And Responsibilities
Experience Strategy and Planning:
- Develop event strategies based on consumer insights and behavioral data to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Monitor industry and cultural trends to recommend and implement innovative digital and physical experiences.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments (safety, technical, and reputational) for every execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
Program And Show Management
- Oversee the technical flow of event programs, including stage management, talent coordination, and choreography. Ensure that everything aligns with Globe and industry's best practices.
- Manage and optimize on-ground platforms to ensure a consistent brand presence and drive user engagement.
Stakeholder And Partnership Orchestration
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with venue partners and coordinate ad-hoc event partnerships that align with brand objectives.
- Oversee external communications with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure high-quality collaboration and adherence to Globe standards.
Post-Event Analysis And Reporting
- Evaluate event success against KPIs and prepare reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- Support the Events and Experiences Department by applying best practices and continuously enhancing future strategies
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in events and experiential marketing
- Proven success in managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in creating event strategies, show management, and formal risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability in managing venue partnerships and event data workflows
- Expertise in event production, execution principles, and technical choreography
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, integrated marketing, and experience analytics is preferred
- Knowledge of emerging trends (AI, XR) and post-event ROI analysis is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, Psychology, or a related field
