Job Summary:
The Events Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production of physical and printed materials for events, brand activations, and installations. This role combines hands-on supervision of printing and fabrication with logistical coordination, vendor management, and on-site event execution. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of large-format printing, event fabrication materials, and production workflows, and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Printing & Fabrication Coordination
- Manage the production of large-format prints, signage, event branding, and POP materials.
- Review and approve pre-press files, layout specs, and print proofs with the creative team.
- Coordinate with print suppliers on timelines, material specs (tarpaulin, sintra, vinyl, sticker, etc.), and delivery schedules.
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot errors to ensure brand consistency and high standards.
Event & Activation Production
- Plan, supervise, and execute the fabrication and installation of booths, stage backdrops, kiosks, and interactive event elements.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to align designs with feasibility, budget, and build timelines.
- Oversee on-site production setup, ensuring correct layout, measurements, and safe installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and venue regulations.
Logistics & Supplier Management
- Source and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, logistics, and manpower.
- Track production timelines, deliveries, inventory, and material usage.
- Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships for quality and efficiency.
- Prepare documentation: job orders, delivery receipts, liquidation reports, and post-event evaluations.
Support Project Management
- Assist in developing production schedules, cost estimates, and material lists.
- Collaborate with the accounts, creatives, and operations teams for project alignment.
- Attend client presentations or site inspections, when necessary
Qualifications:
- Must Have expertise in Printing, Module Fabrication, Booth Fabrication, Signage Fabrication
- Supervisory experience: 3 years (Required)
- Printing and Fabrication Coordination: 3 years (Required)
- Production for Events and/or Activations: 3 years (Required)
