Responsibilities:
Event Conceptualization & Execution: Design and manage launches, open houses, and expos aligned with brand identity and regional sales goals.
Brand Activation Planning: Develop campaigns that elevate SMDC's brand presence; collaborate with marketing for consistent messaging.
Merchandising Strategy: Plan and deploy merchandising initiatives at project sites, broker offices, and events.
Broker & Buyer Engagement: Create incentive programs, recognition events, and exclusive previews; enhance buyer experience through activations.
Systems Diagnostics & Solutions: Optimize CRM and event registration tools; troubleshoot activation workflows and improve processes.
Performance & ROI Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and conversion rates; manage activation budgets efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to align activations with milestones and campaigns.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or sales engagement roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple activations and deliver results under tight timelines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and activation tools is an advantage.
