Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interprets and assesses architectural roof plans and drwings to determine the requisite material quantities

Compute cost estimates for materials, equipment , and labor components for the preparation of project proposals and other bid documents.

Coordinates with Sales Executives and Project Engineers for clarification and discussion of client requirements.

Monitor the status of the various projects, from Design and Bidding, to awarding, to installation and Completion.

Qualifications:
Candidate must posses a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent degree
Working Experience is an advantage
Not more than 35 years old
Can work with minimum supervision
Ability to perform under extreme pressure.
