What You'll Do
- Produce accurate construction estimates and takeoffs for roofing and cladding works.
- Review plans, specifications, and project details to support informed costing decisions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate estimating outputs.
- Maintain estimating data, documentation, and cost records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within estimating processes.
Key Criteria
- A minimum of 4 – 6 years of proven experience as an estimator in construction disciplines.
- Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methodologies.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Engineering or Architecture background .
- Strong written and verbal communications; with good presentation skills.
Work setup:
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with a remote set up.
