Job Overview

We are looking for an Engagement & Customer Delivery Manager to join us. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment, execution, and delivery of customer orders and contracts—acting as the primary interface between customers, accredited distributors, and cross‑functional internal teams.

This position will play a key role in managing strategic accounts, including MERALCO and other private distribution utilities, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and operational plans while driving high customer satisfaction through effective coordination, problem resolution, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technology pilots, demonstrations, solution deployments, and large-scale implementations.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement by leading recurring meetings, collecting and clarifying order requirements, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
  • Oversee major customer orders, contracts, pilots, and demonstrations, ensuring execution aligned with timelines, specifications, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, production planning, supply chain, and other internal teams to secure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage customer concerns—including technical support needs, product quality issues, scheduling, and commercial matters—and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities for improved efficiency or incremental sales.
  • Maintain detailed logs, documentation, trackers, and reports related to deliveries, issues, and project milestones.
  • Support the creation of commercial and technical proposals arising from ongoing engagements.
  • Build strong technical knowledge of Aclara's smart metering portfolio, AMI solutions, and related automation products.

What will help you thrive in this role

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Established network within Philippine electric distribution utilities, especially MERALCO and private utilities.
  • Significant experience in grid automation, metering, telecommunications, industrial automation, IT, or similar technology-driven industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles such as project management, account management, or technical program delivery.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, logistics, partners, and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50%) and occasionally internationally.
