Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Estate Management:

1. Direct and oversee all aspects of property management (Security, Housekeeping, Accounting, PMO/EMO, and Engineering)

2. Manage relationships with locators, administer parking lease agreements, and ensure daily pay parking payment collection

3. Coordinate with local government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and service providers

4. Conduct a minimum of four (4) board meetings annually

Financial:

Prepare the annual budget and ensure to work within the approved budget

Legal:

Ensure strict compliance to all regulatory permits and requirements (LGU, DENR, LLDA, DOE, and BFP)

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer

2. Knowledge on pool and clubhouse operation

3. Ability to assess or troubleshoot engineering concerns and system malfunctions

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills

5. Excellent customer service skills
