What you will do:

  • Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations as detailed in the relevant RACI matrix.
  • Following appropriate training, utilisation of the Uptick software portal to:
  • Create and maintain property, user, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and contractor data.
  • Create and maintain audit/certification routines and tasks.
  • Request contractor ESM signoffs through the portal and review submitted signoffs.
  • Proactively interact with contractors, clients and internal staff, via written and verbal communications, both within and outside of the portal, in order to ensure building certification is achieved in required timeframes.
  • Escalate issues or delays to the relevant project or technical manager.
  • Prepare annual fire safety compliance/certification documentation.
  • Assist Property Compliance project managers in managing client purchase orders and reconciling with project trackers.
  • Undertake ad-hoc and project-specific administrative support activities.
  • Actively assist colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results, enhanced satisfaction and exceed client expectations.

  • 2-5 years of demonstrated post education experience of relevant skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn processes quickly and prioritise client requirements.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and proactive thinker with flexible can-do attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting business would be considered an asset.
