ESL Teacher Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate teacher performance by reviewing lesson recordings or observing real-time classes.
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support teacher development and improve teaching strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback on lesson delivery, communication style, class engagement, camera usage, and overall teaching quality.
• Ensure teachers comply with company standards, guidelines, and classroom expectations.
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement, recommending training or corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor teacher progress and maintain documentation of evaluations, coaching notes, and performance reports.
• Share best practices, teaching techniques, and updates to help teachers deliver effective and engaging classes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ESL teaching, coaching, training, or teacher support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ESL methodology, lesson flow, and online teaching best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in evaluating teaching performance and creating improvement plans is an advantage.
• Able to multitask, handle real-time monitoring, and manage multiple teacher cases.
