Job Description
Configure, design, and implement EPIC modules, focusing on Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Support system build, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system usability
Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements
Required Qualifications
EPIC certification in Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
Proven experience in EPIC system implementation or support within healthcare environments
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially inpatient and obstetrics modules
Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment lifecycle
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in large-scale healthcare transformation programs
Knowledge of integration tools and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7)
Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
