. Configure, design, and implement EPIC modules, focusing on Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
. Support system build, testing (unit, integrated, UAT), and deployment activities
. Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
. Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
. Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system usability
. Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements

Required Qualifications
. EPIC certification in Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders
. Proven experience in EPIC system implementation or support within healthcare environments
. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially inpatient and obstetrics modules
. Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment lifecycle
. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
. Experience in large-scale healthcare transformation programs
. Knowledge of integration tools and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7)
. Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment
. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
