. Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Real Estate Management/Business course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. As this is a client-facing role, soft skills in client networking and communication, presentation, comprehension, and negotiation would be preferred.

. Experience in the areas of market research, economics, proposal drafting, public speaking preferred.

. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

. Collaboration skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.

. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Knowledge in data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.) or geographic information systems (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) programs is a plus.

. Extensive organizational and analytical skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
