Role Purpose
The Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) serves as the designated mechanical engineering authority responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of all mechanical systems and equipment across industrial, commercial, and mixed-use facilities.
The PME provides professional engineering oversight in accordance with Republic Act No. 8495 (Philippine Mechanical Engineering Act of 1998) and applicable codes, standards, and regulations governing mechanical engineering practice in the Philippines. The role leads mechanical operations, asset reliability programs, maintenance strategies, project management, technical compliance, construction oversight, and lifecycle management of critical mechanical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional Mechanical Engineering Practice
- Review, approve, sign, and seal mechanical plans, specifications, designs, calculations, and technical reports as authorized under Philippine law.
- Ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 8495 and related implementing rules and regulations.
- Mechanical Operations and Asset Reliability
- Project Management and Engineering Delivery
- Mechanical Safety and Risk Management

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid Professional Mechanical Engineer (PEE) License
- PRC Registration in good standing
- Minimum 10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience in critical facility operations and fast-paced environments.
- Minimum 5 years in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, commercial, mixed-use developments, or integrated facilities management operations. Or, Minimum 5 years managing mechanical engineering projects.
- Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales
