Role Purpose
The Estate Manager is the Account Lead responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, financial management, and client relationship management of a large-scale industrial and commercial estate.

Job Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (PEE, PME, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer).
- MBA or Master's Degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Minimum 10-15 years of combined Property Management and Facilities Management experience.
- Minimum 10 years in senior management or leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in industrial estates, PEZA developments, logistics parks, manufacturing facilities, commercial developments, integrated townships, or mixed-use developments.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, HSE, Security, Administration, and Finance.
- Demonstrated experience managing large operational and capital budgets.
- Proven executive client-facing and account leadership experience.
- Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales
