Role Purpose
The Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) shall serve as the technical authority for all electrical engineering matters across industrial and commercial facilities under management. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and code-compliant operation of electrical systems while leading electrical projects, facility upgrades, energy initiatives, and engineering improvements.
In addition to the duties mandated under the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and Republic Act No. 7920, the PEE shall provide strategic engineering leadership, project management oversight, contractor management, risk management, and technical advisory services within a fast-paced facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional Practice and Statutory Compliance·
- Review, approve, sign, and seal electrical plans, designs, specifications, calculations, and engineering documents as required by law.
- Represent the organization during regulatory inspections, technical audits, and government compliance reviews.
- Electrical Operations and Maintenance Leadership

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) License
- PRC Registration in good standing
- Minimum 5 years in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, data center, township, utility, or commercial facilities operations. Or, Minimum 5 years managing large-scale electrical projects.
- Experience in integrated facilities and property management environments preferred
- Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales
