About The Role: We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer to own and administer our modern workplace environment across Microsoft cloud, Atlassian tools, corporate infrastructure, and business SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone experienced in Microsoft 365/Azure administration, identity and endpoint management, and Jira/Confluence configuration, supporting both Windows and Mac (Jamf-managed) devices.
Location: Makati City (Petron Megaplaza along Gil Puyat Avenue)
Setup: Hybrid (3x a week onsite)
Schedule: Fixed Day Shift (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
I. Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Administer the full Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and governance environment
- Manage identity lifecycle, access, and security controls
- Automate administration using PowerShell and Power Automate
- Manage Microsoft Azure, Intune, and enterprise endpoints
II. Atlassian & Corporate SaaS
- Administer, Configure and Manage Jira or Confluence (configuring workflows, permissions, automation rules, and integrating with other tools)
- Manage and integrate business SaaS tools (ex. Monday.com, Lucidchart, Slack, etc.)
III. Endpoints & Infrastructure
- Support mixed environments: Windows + Mac devices (managed via Jamf)
- Maintain backups, disaster recovery, VPNs, firewalls, switches, access points, IP PBX, printers
- Manage Azure and on-prem virtualized servers
- Lead escalated incidents and drive root-cause resolution
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a Systems & Networks Administrator or Application Administrator role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID / Intune administration experience
- Enterprise identity & access management background
- Experience administering and configuring Jira or Confluence
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- PowerShell and/or Power Automate automation skills
- Experience managing SaaS ecosystems and integrations
