What You'll Do:

Sales & Business Development

  • New Logo Acquisition Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise clients in the US & EU from the Philippines.
  • Proven Deal-Maker Demonstrate a history ofsourcing and closing high-value ERP, CRM, and ITSM deals remotely.
  • Client Acquisition Within 3 Months Bring in new clients within the first quarter.
  • Consultative Selling Engage CIOs and senior IT executives, positioning ERP, CRM, and ITSM solutions as business enablers.
  • Solution Selling AlignERP, CRM, ITSM, AI, and Digital Transformationsolutions with business needs.
  • Pipeline Development & Forecasting Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner Collaboration Work with technology providers and ecosystem partners to create joint sales opportunities.

Presales & Technical Consulting

  • Solution Demonstrations & POCs Lead product demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
  • Technical Discovery & Needs Analysis Identify client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
  • Proposal & RFP Management Develop compelling sales proposals and respond to enterprise RFPs.

What We're Looking For:

Ahigh-performing Enterprise Sales & Presales Consultantwith aproven track record of sourcing and closing deals in the US and EU while based in the Philippines. This role focuses on sellingERP, CRM, ITSM, Digital Transformation, and AI solutionsto large enterprises, helping them enhance business operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate isa strategic seller with strong technical acumen, capable ofengaging with CIOs, leading presales discussions, and closing complex enterprise deals. They must be able tobring in new clients within the first 3 monthsand continuously expand the customer base.

  • Proven US & EU Sales Experience Demonstrated success inclosing enterprise deals from the Philippines.
  • Track Record of Fast Client Acquisition Ability tobring in new clients within the first 3 months.
  • Enterprise IT Sales Expertise 7+ years in sales, specializing inERP, CRM, ITSM, AI, or Digital Transformationsolutions.
  • Presales & Technical Capabilities Able to run demos, articulate solution benefits, and support technical discussions.
  • Consultative & Solution Selling Mastery Experience in engaging C-level executives, particularlyCIOs and IT leaders.
  • Industry & Technology Fluency Knowledge ofenterprise software, cloud, automation, and AI-driven transformation.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Resilient & Target-Driven Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Flexible Work Hours Comfortable working across multiple time zones to engage US and EU clients.
