Work Scope

  • Drive enterprise-wide performance management by defining, tracking, and improving key business KPIs
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with clear visibility on business health
  • Identify underperformance areas and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, output, and execution speed
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable performance targets and action plans
  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or analytics-focused roles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience in KPI design, performance tracking, or business reporting systems
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution and impact
