Work Scope

Drive enterprise-wide performance management by defining, tracking, and improving key business KPIs
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with clear visibility on business health
Identify underperformance areas and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, output, and execution speed
Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable performance targets and action plans
Support decision-making through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or analytics-focused roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
Experience in KPI design, performance tracking, or business reporting systems
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
