Designation: Enterprise Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring alignment of business and IT strategy
- Reviewing and assessing solution architecture to ensure compliance to architecture design principle
- Developing and refining architecture artifacts to be used as guide in strategy and decision making
- Crafting the architecture roadmap to guide in the target state capabilities
- Maintaining the architecture repository
- Overseeing IT investment and strategy of subsidiaries
- Monitoring of emerging technology and trends for innovation management
- Benchmarking of capabilities against peers as input to the strategy and prioritization
Required Qualifications:
Must have:
- 8+ years experience in industry with Technical background & minimum 2 years experience in Architecture
- Understanding of TOGAF or any other leading Enterprise Architecture Framework
- Understanding of Banking Capabilities & Processes Landscape
- Experience with UML and/or Architecture Modeling tool
- Experience with Business Architecture & Business Capabilities Models, Information/Data Architecture, Application and Solutions Architecture, Integration Architecture, Technology Architecture and Risk Architecture.
Good to have:
- Experience in delivering Transformation programs
- Understanding of Banking or Financial Services Reference Architectures
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge in BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network)
- Experience with Philippines/BSP Regulation
