Role Summary:
The Enterprise Architect plays a strategic role in shaping the organization's business architecture and process landscape. This role focuses on aligning enterprise capabilities with strategic goals, ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and future-ready. The Enterprise Architect works closely with the Solutions Architect to co-design integrated solutions that support transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business capability maps and process frameworks
- Lead process harmonization and optimization initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to co-design future-state operating models
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals, business processes, and enabling technologies
- Conduct impact assessments and scenario planning for proposed changes
- Support governance and decision-making through structured architectural insights
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course
- Strong understanding of business architecture and process design
- Experience with enterprise modeling tools and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN)
- Strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions
- Familiarity with change management and transformation programs
- Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
