JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect / Technical Account Manager to join our Solutions Consulting Department, focusing on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. This role is responsible for envisioning, defining, and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives, maximize ROI, and ensure robust security. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal development teams, technical managers, and senior leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and execution of IT architecture frameworks aligned with client strategies and BFSI industry priorities.
- Define roadmaps and programs toward target architectures based on standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to projects, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and modernization within BFSI accounts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to advocate and influence technology-driven strategies.
- Deliver presentations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on scaling, modernization, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Spot and resolve structural issues or roadblocks across technical and functional teams.
- Drive investments and initiatives in digital transformation for banks, insurance firms, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field (experience may outweigh formal education).
- Minimum of 10 years of IT architecture and infrastructure experience.
- At least 8 years in technical or solution design and architecture, preferably within BFSI (banking, insurance, fintech, or financial institutions).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent preferred).
- Adept in Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Microservices, API architecture, and Technology Architecture.
- Deep understanding of technology stacks from infrastructure through applications.
- Proven track record in deal shaping, strategizing, and delivering technology architecture solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Revered as a technology expert with advocacy for driving technology-enabled business transformations.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid setup and be based in BGC, Taguig.
- Preferably available to start immediately.
