Job Description

At Globe, our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people, business, and nation. By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.

Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect (EA) at Globe, you will play a critical role in shaping how the company delivers seamless, trusted, and differentiated customer experiences at scale. Operating within the Architecture & Design Center for Enablement (C4E), you will translate business strategy and CX ambition into coherent, executable architectures across business experience, data, application, and technology layers.

Creates the strategic requirements, principles, models and designs that strengthen the network effect of sharing such information across the enterprise. Supports, develops, and communicates business unit-wide policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities. Consults on application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical/solution architecture to accommodate project needs. Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities. Analyzes, designs, and develops a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint. Manages the design of enterprise-wide initiatives to integrate systems

You are not here to produce diagrams in isolation. You are here to influence decisions, connect initiatives, and ensure Globe's transformation compounds value over time rather than fragmenting it. You will work closely with product, business, technology, and delivery leaders to guide change using clear principles, pragmatic guardrails and outcome-driven architectural thinking.

YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE AT YOUR ROLE

Your daily grind:

  • Facilitate discussions with product and business leaders to translate customer journeys and strategic priorities into target architecture directions

  • Conduct reviews and assess initiative designs against Globe's architecture principles and policies, providing clear guidance, trade-offs, and recommendations rather than rigid approvals

  • Collaborate with Domain and Solution Architects to resolve cross-initiative dependencies and reduce duplication across platforms and capabilities

  • Update or refine capability maps, value streams, or reference architectures to reflect evolving priorities

  • Prepare concise architecture narratives or visuals to support leadership decisions

  • Identify emerging risks, architectural debt, or opportunities for reuse and platform leverage - and act early

  • Your focus is always on clarity, coherence, and outcomes, not documentation for its own sake.
