The DCX Client Services - Home Based Enterprise Application Administrator that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Daily Responsibilities
Application Support:
- Serve as a first-line support resource for enterprise applications, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Visual Planning, and Replicon.
- Triage, document, and resolve user-reported application issues, escalating to the Sr. Manager IT Applications or third-party vendors as appropriate.
- Provide rapid response to issues requiring same-day resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
System Administration & Configuration:
- Perform system administration tasks including user provisioning, role and permission management, and configuration changes within enterprise applications.
- Manage and maintain multiple application environments (development, test, production), ensuring stability and consistency across the landscape.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute application updates and patches across environments in alignment with change management processes.
- Review, approve, and promote code changes through Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring proper testing and validation prior to production deployment.
- Assist with the testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and integrations prior to deployment.
- Help maintain system documentation including configuration guides, process workflows, and support procedures.
- Support data integrity efforts by identifying and flagging inconsistencies within enterprise systems.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with business users and department stakeholders to understand application needs and translate them into actionable support or configuration requests.
- Assist with onboarding and training end users on enterprise applications and system best practices.
- Contribute to improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to the Sr. Manager IT Applications.
- Actively leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve personal productivity, streamline support processes, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across the application landscape.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors under the direction of the Sr. Manager to ensure timely delivery of support and development services.
- Participate actively in IT team efforts, contributing as a reliable and solution-oriented team member.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or SaaS applications in a business environment.
- Hands-on experience with system administration tasks such as user management, configuration, and basic troubleshooting within enterprise platforms.
- Working knowledge of database concepts and the ability to write or interpret basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and how business data flows across connected systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical information for non-technical users.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in learning new applications and helping others apply technology to their work.
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience with one or more of RTI's current platforms: Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Visual Planning, or Replicon.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and change/release management processes.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies or Project Management principles.
- Experience supporting integrations between enterprise systems.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
