Job Summary:
Account Manager is responsible in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key merchants. He will focus on understanding client goals, ensuring satisfaction with products or services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
How will you contribute:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to address merchant needs.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on transaction trends, performance, and potential risks.
- Implement strategies to enhance merchant satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional services to key accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in payment regulations to ensure compliance.
- Achieve our business targets for ATM Go revenues, volume and value of transactions.
- Track and analyze performance of the accounts being handle.
- Conducts regular business review with ATM Go merchant and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensures that all relationships, key initiatives, activities, processes & procedures intended for the growth and development of DEIG Channels are within internal compliance & external regulatory standards.
- Ensures compliance of the channel to external regulation as well as to internal policies and procedures of the Bank. Ensures that BSP, compliance and audit findings on the channel are addressed.
- Must ensure that all items within his/her scope are compliant with the various policies and guidelines of the following internal and external stakeholders, but not limited to RCBC, BSP and AMLC.
What will make you successful:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- With at least 5 years working experience in sales and agent network development
- Has In-depth business knowledge, strong experience on sales and sales management
- Good negotiation skills
