As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding market reach and nurturing partnerships that drive enterprise success. The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-5 years proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, and upselling - ideally within a technical or service-driven environment
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead qualification, and client engagement within the Australian market (highly advantageous)
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality virtual or telephone sales presentations and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and professional settings
  • Highly driven, energetic, and competitive, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborative team player with strong coordination skills when working with internal departments and external partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing pipelines, follow-ups, and sales reporting

Your Daily Tasks

  • Generate and convert sales leads using internal systems and processes
  • Prospect professionals and SMBs through cross-selling, cold calling, and contact references
  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions while providing proactive support and product information
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Manage daily call activities to meet KPIs and achieve targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within CRM (Salesforce) for information quality
  • Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance, reporting concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with peers in Europe or the USA when needed to strengthen product knowledge
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in performance reviews
  • Support initiatives that promote a safe, healthy, and hazard-free workplace
